Professor Belton has served in music ministry for six decades, building choirs, developing directors, and shaping the next generation of worship leaders across multiple church communities. His work spans twice-weekly rehearsal rooms, live recordings at the Adams Mark Hotel in Philadelphia and on a London stage, and the dual responsibility of directing worship sacred arts ministry at two churches simultaneously. He approaches every assignment through a single inseparable conviction: that anointing and skill are never in competition, and that vocal discipline is the evidence of both.

His mentorship has moved beyond singers to the people leading singers, equipping choir directors with the philosophy and preparation habits that sustain a ministry across generations.
